At Pura Vida Clothes we look for all our clients to be totally happy with orders!
However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it in 14 calendar days from the time you receive it (except the articles that are associated with the promotion of Surprise Gifts & Outlet). Generally speaking, you can make the change for another item or the full refund for your money of all our items or products.
In order for the return to be accepted it is necessary that the articles arrive to us in the same conditions in which they were sent. This means: unused, unwashed, with all labels and their original packaging (eg shoe boxes, etc.).
The return procedure is very simple:
1.- Once received your order, before 14 calendar days, write us an e-mail to our Returns Department email@example.com indicating:
- Name and surname
- Order number
- Telephone contact
- Item / s to be returned
The term of 14 calendar days applies to the e-mail you write to us, not to our reply. Therefore, if you have written to us within that period and we have answered you later, there will be no problem with the term of your return.
2.- Our partners in the Returns Department will contact you as soon as possible (in about 5 business days) and will tell you how to make the return. Please check your 'spam' mailbox if you haven't recieved our reply. Returns are very simple:
- We will send you a label that you must put in return package
- You will have a week to deliver the package at any Post Office and we will receive it within 5-6 working days.
- Once we receive it and verify that everything is correct, within a maximum period of 10 days, the Accounting Department will refund the amount of the returned products less the return costs that are €3.95.
Returns of defective products:
We are sorry if a defective product arrived to you from the factory! The Orders Department carefully reviews each garment before being sent, performing a triple quality control. It is not usual, but if it happens, we will be happy to replace the article with another in perfect condition. In that case, we will ask you to send us some photos to check the defect or tare. The customer who manages a return for defective product assumes its responsibility, as well as all legal consequences that may derive from bad faith conduct constituting fraud.
